The brown outline is the roof trim i have on the octagonal roof. It s pretty hard to explain but this is how i tend to go about roofing the houses i make. Now add two more roofs in the same manner as shown below. Sims 4 star wars.

Even with the octagonal roof while it aligns better with walls since you can draw them at those angles the angles are still slightly off leaving in the case where you want to cover an octagonal room with an octagonal roof uncovered portions of the structure.
