Sims 3 Remove Floor Limit

I want to not only have a small number of 4 storeys and 2 basement levels.

As i can recall this have been really easy to achieve in previous versions of the sims. 3 make chimneys shorter by removing segments. There could still be more than 3 floors. Building multi floor homes in the sims 3 is not that difficult in fact it can be really simple.
